SEE FABULOUS BIRDS IN FULL FLIGHT AT AUSTRALIA ZOO

The Australia Zoo Free Flight Bird Show is now in full flight. See these amazing exotic birds spread their wings and fly the entire length of the Zoo’s 5000 seat Crocoseum.

These creatures swoop just above the heads of spectators as they hear the call of their keepers.

Beautiful Exotic Birds, such as Green-Winged Macaw and Blue and Gold Macaws display their gorgeous colours as they circle the Crocoseum.

Not to be outdone, some of our awesome Native Australian parrots are getting in on the act, featuring the Electus Parrot, Long-billed Corella, Red Tailed Black Cockatoo and the Galah.

Holy smokes! Have a go at the size of our array of Raptors from Barking Owls to the Peregrine Falcons and Black Kites – these big birds are awe inspiring as they display their natural behaviours and hunting instincts.

Watch out for our huge Wedge-tail Eagles as they take on the wild ‘Wedgies’ found living at Australia Zoo in a captive wild soaring competition.
