Television’s Crocodile Hunter, Steve Irwin, will again front a major advertising campaign for Toyota Genuine Parts, Service and Accessories.
The internationally-renowned television personality and conservationist will star in a campaign covering television, outdoor, point of sale, radio, newspapers and direct mail.
The outback–themed campaign will highlight the benefits of using Toyota Genuine Parts, Service and Accessories.
The senior manager of Toyota’s Customer Service Division, Tony Bottacin, said Irwin was an ideal ambassador for the parts and service side of the business.
“Steve is a cut-through type of character and we were delighted with the results of his last campaign, which really raised customer awareness for the benefits of Toyota genuine Parts, Service and Accessories.
“I think the campaign worked well because it had credibility. Steve was a fan of Toyotas well before he signed with us for the ads,” he said.
Irwin currently runs a fleet of 18 Toyotas at his Australia Zoo animal conservation part near Beerwah.
