Package Details

Four hospital tours will run daily. The times are 9.30am, 11.30am, 1.30pm and 3.30pm.

PACKAGE AND PRICE
Hospital tour costs vary for internal and external guests.

Internal - patrons also visiting Australia Zoo on the same day.
• Adults - $35, Children - $20, Family of 4 - $95

External - patrons not visiting Australia Zoo going on the hospital tour.
• Adults - $50, Children - $35, Family of 4 - $150

BOOKINGS
Bookings for the hospital tours will be taken at the Tour Desk, either pre-booked by phone. email or in person at the counter. The hospital will also take “walk in” external bookings. The T&C and Indemnity & Release forms must be completed and signed prior to the tour. Any persons under 18 years of age must also have a parent or guardian fill out the Declaration for Minors form.

Terms and Conditions

1. Participants must be aware that noise levels must be kept to a minimum.
2. NO age restrictions apply. A full-paying accompanying adult must closely supervise children at all times.
3. Participants must agree to follow the instructions of the tour guide at all times.
4. Due to the nature of a working animal hospital, it may be deemed necessary to terminate a tour at any time. In the event of termination, participants have the option of a refund or to re-schedule.
5. Please ensure that your hands are clean prior to beginning the tour.
6. No items of food are permitted on the tour.
7. Please be aware that you are entering a working animal hospital and surgical procedures may take place during your tour.
8. Participants take part in the tour at their own risk.
